Through Industry Relations, Affiliate Associations and Partnerships…most notably the PCMA (Professional Club Marketing Association) which provides additional resources with regard to Membership Sales and Marketing. One or two good ideas from CMAA and/or PCMA would easily pay for your membership and participation in CMAA and the Razorback Chapter. Also, you are able to participate in several Club Management Email forums where information and data are exchanged freely and confidentially between fellow managers to address the many complex issues we are all faced with on a daily basis.
